What one role bills
€1,440× 5 =€7,200
Realised per accepted meeting, after mix. The list blend is €1,600.Accepted meetings assumed per role worked.Billed per role, filled or not.
€7,200 is sixteen working days of that vacancy, against a measured baseline of forty-four to fifty-four.Why per meetingIt is the first moment the value is provable. Agencies bill before the hire; tools bill regardless of outcome. A rival offering unlimited introductions is paid whether or not anything works. We are not.
They charge you for the search. We charge you for the result.A recruitment agency bills nine to fifteen thousand for an introduction and is paid whether or not the process was any good. Our entire engagement on a role is €7,200, and every euro of it is attached to somebody having said yes.
Why not per hireBecause we do not control your interview process, your offer, or your timeline. Charging for an outcome we cannot influence is how agencies end up owning the relationship.
€443Per working day that an engineering seat sits empty, in loaded salary for output nobody gets.
62 daysTo hire, for a startup under 25 people with no recruiter. Forty-two with one.
€20,800To €25,400 per hire through your own funnel, 93 to 94% of it the waiting rather than the work.
Limits
Your exposure, before you post.
The point of a per-meeting price is that you can work out the worst case in advance. So we make the worst case small, and we stop taking money when a role is not converting.
You cap the spend per roleSet it before the role goes live. When the cap is reached the role stops accepting requests until you raise it.
A free stop-and-reviewA role that accumulates accepted meetings without producing an offer triggers a review at no charge. Neither of us is paid to keep an unconverting role open.
No charge for a no-showIf the meeting both sides agreed to does not happen, it is not billed. The agreement is the trigger; the meeting is the point.
Nothing recurring, everClose every role and your bill is zero. There is no floor, no minimum, and no annual commitment to escape.
We are priced at what having a recruiter is measured to be worth, without the salary.
Twenty minutes and your two hardest open roles is enough to work out whether that is true for you.
