Prove it once.
Carry it everywhere. Free.

You are one of 298, and eighteen get interviewed.
Applications per hire have tripled since 2021 and the interview rate has halved. Writing more of them is not the answer, because the pile is the problem.
Three rails. Minutes, not documents.
You can upload a CV when you sign up and we read it to fill in your work history for you. It is never proof: every claim on your profile is either confirmed against the body that already holds it, or labelled as your own word.
The profile is yours, and it is held on your consent.
The NOD holds your record as the controller, on your own consent, not as a processor working for whichever employer happens to be looking. That is the legal reason your verification can travel at all, and it is why nobody can buy access to you.
Europe is giving every citizen a digital identity wallet. It carries credentials, but it does not create them, and for work history nobody issues one at all. So the record is made here: every employer confirmation you collect, with its source and its date. It is yours, and it goes with you to any employer, whether or not they use The NOD.
Free, and it stays free. Not free for now, not free until enough of you have joined. Companies pay when a meeting is agreed, and that is the only money in the product.
